Complaint Review: Jewish Marketing Solutions

Signed up for this advertising service because they said they had so many customers in Atlanta and made all these promises of client referrals. they did not refer me 1 customer. they charged me $1700 to be published in their yellow pages. A few months later, they called me asking me to renew. They told me my subscription was set to auto renew. I told them that was never told to me, and the salesperson hung up the line. I sent a faxed letter of cancellation and saved the confirmation. Then 2 months ago., they started calling again. The woman who called pretended to be a client so I would call her back. Then she tried to sell me more advertising. I said no. I hung up, and she immediately tried to call back. I did not answer. She called again 2 hours later and again the next day and the day after. She kept calling me day after day. I blocked her number. She started calling from a different number.  i blocked that number. Then, last week, they called from another number and told me they were calling to collect the money I owe them. I told them I had cancelled my subscription and did not owe any money.  This place is a huge scam. It's like Hotel California. you can never leave. If you have made the mistake like me of signing up, cancel your services in writing via fax or certified mail and save your confirmations. you are going to need them.
