Javier at Jg Engine Dynamics took payment for many many services and product and they have yet to produce satisfactory results. Although most of the product has arrived and been installed, there is still over $3100.00 in product that has yet to be delivered to me. (2) sets of pistons, (1) H22a intake manifold, (1) set of camshafts, and sleeving services that have been paid for and not yet performed. Everything was paid via paypal and all reciepts have been saved and sent to lawyer for reviewing. These parts have been on order for over a year and a half and the block hasn't been sent to them for fear I will never get it back. I have called at least 500 times to try to get a hold of them in the past 8 months and no one picks up the phone nor returns the messages I leave on the machine and E-mail. The last I spoke to Javier, he told me everything was done and ready to ship out. This was last June. Since then, EVERY attempt to get in contact has proven futile. I have had customers call them and returned calls to them yielded the same repetitive story. This was up to about five months ago when even random customers couldn't get a response either. One customer actually went to Californina about five months ago to visit family and ended up about an hour away from the shop. He actually got a hold of Javier! They have problably been screening calls and picked up by mistake I guess. He told the guy that his parts were almost done and that he could pick them up the next day. His excuse was that he had lung cancer and he fell behind. My sympathy goes to him if he wasn't lying, but that does not excuse the fact no one from the company contacted any customers to inform them of the delay due to health issues, nor the ignored calls and E-mails. Unfortunately, the customer had to return to PA the next day and couldn't pick it up. He told Javier to send it to me with the rest of the parts that he owed the shop. Finally, there was what seemed to be some light at the end of the tunnel. Obviously, nothing was sent. Javier even then continued to lie and deceive an innocent customer wanting only his parts that he paid for. Alas, Its been over a year and a half. I have continued to call and no one picks up. No one returns calls. No one from JG Engine Dynamics cares for the horrible reputation they have with the racing industry and with their misfortunate customers. I don't expect to get anything from them and since have found another machine shop in which to conduct business. I just hope this message spreads to many who might be willing to give these guys money and hope for something in return, but instead will be victim to theft just like many others.

Well, I was just looking into the services of JG and I am very glad to find this before sending in my items and sending payment to JG. Thank you for the very informative posting of information. I will contact JG to see if I get any further information on their services and current status of service with customers.
