This guy is a joke. I paid him in full after he requested I pay him in cash. He took over 2000 dollars and gambled it away and drank it away.
He did not even have a working shop to repair boats. Or keep his electricity on! After 5 months of waiting as asking the progress of the boat I went to pick it up because it was "ready"
