The company Dheytecnica, bought 304L stainless steel tubes and sheets, and the product that arrived at the company were 201 stainless steel tubes and sheets, according to tests carried out in specialized laboratories, characterizing lower quality and price of the product purchased compared to what the company offered. Until the present moment the problem is not solved neither an intention to solve it was showed by the supplier. Thus characterizing bad faith and creating a loss of almost 50 thousand dollars to the importer.
We tried contact with them and we are not getting any response. This is an attempt to solve the problem in an easy and unharmed way for both companies. By next week, if no solution is presented, the police will be contacted by us with all the legal documents and further action will be taken. Thus reaching out to court justice and caring out a process to solve the issue.
