Complaint Review: Jibe Health

 I started working at Jibehealth.com in Boca Raton at the beginning on December. As a licensed agent I worked hard 9 hours a day selling healthcare for Obamacare clients. I was warned by other employees that they were shorted on their checks, but the owner Peter Colon (con artist) assured me that I would receive my full pay of $1495. So I was surprised when the admin gave me a check for much less. They said Quikbooks was down and didn't know what to do so Peter gave us whatever he wanted to. That was the beginning. I was assured that I and the othe agents would be compensated. So when I came in after the holiday break, I expected two checks for my commissions. The other agents and I waited all day Monday just for Peter Colon to screw us over again. This time he claimed the applications weren't processed, but we had a processing department He owes me $1860 total. He gave me a check for under $400! Some agents didn't received any pay. He told some of the agents that he couldn't afford to pay them because he didn't have the money!!! Please do not be slicked by this company that promises $3000 a week. They will use your labor and refuse to pay later, using an excuse of some sort. They also took out taxes from my check without my consent. I filled out a w9 form not a w2. I'm an independent contractor, and still somehow they took out taxes to try to save themselves some money. We believe they forged signatures to W2 forms illegally, but that will be investigated. Peter Colon and Shane McIntyr are con artists. About 8 agents are in the process of suing for our wages, and other charges. If you have been done wrong by these two please contact me.
