Jiffy Lube Alamitos Enterprises LLC Jiffy Lube refused to replace my battery or honor my receipt since they stated they no longer carried Interstate batteries. My receipt clearly stated it was a no hassle warranty and it did not state Long Beach, California
Although my receipt clearly stated to return to the service center for warranty service on my battery, I was told by the clerk that there was nothing they could do since they no longer carried Interstate batteries and they were using another vendor. All Jiffy Lube offered to do was sell me another battery at full price. Also they told me I could contact Interstate for assistance. I ended up leaving with no resolution and had to purchase a new battery from another company. I will never use them again because Jiffy Lube at 4155 Long Beach Blvd in Long Beach CA does not honor their warranty services.
