Jiffy Lube "Didn't tighten the screw" are the words of technician when I took our Nissan Altima back two days after oil change Crystal Lake Illinois
end of the day oil change done super fast. Next few days oil on the garage floor. After I took it back to JL "the guy that changed the oil didn't tighten it all the way. Sorry about that. I topped it off and tightened it" was the response. Ok cool, now the car started to stall at times with my 1 and 3 years old in the car..so the damage was done. I filed a complaint with the corporate with details.. No response. I had to eventually change cars. Never went back to them again.
