Jiffy Lube ripoff Kenmore Washington
I was a hood tech at the kenmore store. Store management cheated and ripped of customers daily. If we changed any fluid and noticed it was done recently but was dirty or maybe not done correctly we were told not to inform customer or if we noticed something that needed attention make sure it was not done by jiffy lube previosly. Managers hounded us to make sure the ticket would be at least $50.00 so they could bonus.
