Complaint Review: JIFFY LUBE

I sent my daughter to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change for my car. She paid for Jiffy Lubes signature service. They are suposed to do an oil change and top off all fluids and check for any problems that need to be addressed.

She came home with the reciept that stated that the services were preformed however the oil pan had a crack in it and needed repair. I have a regular mechanic who does any major work on my cars so I called him and he checked out the car. There was no cracked oil pan. There was not enough oil in the dam car. No fluids were toped off. Our assumption they didn't do the service they stated and charged us for. They wanted to make money for repairing the oil pan when no repairs were required.
I never did anything to correct the problem. I just took my cars else where. Now I see 58 rip off reports on Jiffy Lube. I think I should get out the reciept and send a letter to the company. However I don't think it will do any good, so here is my rip off report to add to the list.
