This location engages in the unscrupulous practice of recommending (in this case DEMANDING) perfectly serviceable parts be replaced in order to pass PA State Safety Inspection. In this case, a two (2) month old set of high quality Bosch windshield wipers were called "unserviceable, worn" in order to upsell a set of Jiffy Lube wipers for $25. The inspection technician would not pass the vehicle unless I agreed to have the wipers replaced. When my Bosch wipers were removed from the vehicle they were purposely bent and thrown away to avoid close inspection pursuant to the challenge I presented. My choices were to (1) fail the inspection and leave with no wipers installed, or (2) purchase the Jiffy Lube wipers for $25 and pass the Inspection. I can only imagine what these clowns get away with on a daily basis during the course of oil changes and repairs. Avoid This Location At All Costs.
