Complaint Review: Jila Badiei Aka Farmers insurance

Jila Badiei is a district manager of farmers insurance in Los Angeles ca. One of the offices under her territory was suffering very bad as she had left it with a lack of support or guidance from the district office as this is what she is being highly paid to do, however she is not doing that therefore not doing her job or what she is being paid to do. An office she left extremely neglected I went to help and try to get any form of reasonable assistance. The farmers agency was at a compete stand still awaiting help from her district office or jila Badiei the manager of that district which she has not been very helpful. When asked her if she would help, (which is her high paid duty) she asked what was the problem, before I said 3 words she rudely Interupted me and began to go on a rant, followed up by me saying excuse me, I was not yet finished when I was interrupted, she said she didn't care and didn't want to help, I asked her isn't it her job, she said yes but she could do whatever she wants becaue no one is above her to hold her accountable for not doing her job so she used that as justification to keep not doing her job.

Basically the office is now is dire distress and she is refusing to do her job and provide support for the office as that's the duty of a district manager, and by not providing that suport she is competely ripping of the agency and also farmers corporate because it is in their best interest for the agency to succeed by getting the support they highly pay district managers to provide to their agencies, her not providing this is ripping off farmers head quarters on top of ripping off the agency which is a huge issue and a loose loose situation instead of what should be, someone operating as a district manager who actually does provide support and not rip off the agencies and the headquarter by just collecting a salary and not doing the actual duty of providing support. And the disrespectful overtalking, raised in a barn type rude behavior just goes to show what type of low quality human Jila Badiei actually is, bums who shoot narcotics into their arms holding hungry signs off the freeways have 10x the level of respect she has and they aren't tasked with the duty of overseeing a bunch of offices under their district.
