Jill Kimmel is a very influential person in the comedy scene i work. She is Jimmy Kimmel's sister and because of that gets special treatment at every club. All the owners want to be on Jimmy's good side. Unfortunately, Jill is a hateful c*nt and a total racist. She won't hire blacks no matter how good you are until... You're famous or everybody else is already hiring you. She is a disgusting human being who uses the N-word on a regular basis and is pretending to be 'woke' and support black lives matter because it's the trendy thing to do. it makes me want to vomit knowing how racist she is and how many times i've heard her use racial slurs.
She is literally stealing from black and people of color by not hiring them yet taking money from them at the gate. It's hypocritical and racist. She carries a lot of clout with all the major clubs like the Improv, Stand Up Live, and the House of Comedy and it's really unfortunate that because of her blacks can't get opportunities in Phoenix because she will never support people of color.
