Jill Petty through her network over valued a repossessed home, which forced me into bankruptcy. After experiencing this event, I discovered some information about her, which people should know.
Six people have been indicted by a federal grand jury for mail fraud in relation to a mortgage fraud scam.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Jill Petty/Susanne Jill Petty, 70, a straw buyer, bought seven houses in Santa Barbara County between October 2006 and January 2007, telling the lenders in each case that the loan was to purchase a home that would serve as her primary residence. Her co-defendants are also charged with mail fraud; their role was to falsify Pettys income and employment history. They are Jared Shafer 70, and Patience Bristol, 40, of Las Vegas; Jon Norheim 45, and Judge Chuck Hoskin,49, of Henderson Nevada,; and Elyse Tyrell 52 of Las Vegas Nevada.
Pettys pay for acting as a straw buyer was the proceeds from getting inflated appraisals for the homes as well as falsifying repair issues.

I know Jill and this never happened. If this person went bankrupt perhaps he should have been more fiscally responsible. His bankruptcy is his problem and not a result of any wrong doing on Jill's part. To post completely false information about her is malicious and grounds for her to sue him. She has never been indicted for anything, and his story is absolutely and completely false. It simply never happened. He is obviously bitter about his bankruptcy, looking for someone to blame and refuses to accept that all the fault lies with him, not Jill.
