My 15 year old beginner purchased a "bulletproof trail horse deluxe" 11 year old mare on December 11th, 2019 with $1,500 of his own money. On January 20th, we began having behavioral issues with the horse. Due to our lack of experience, we called Jill and she charged us $20 to come out and help us on January 30th.

The horse was rearing up when I rode and cow kicking at us when we tried to lunge her. Definitely not a beginner level horse as promised. The horse, Dalli, has been treat trained and her search for peppermint candy was causing safety issues around small children. When Dalli realized she wasn't getting treats anymore, she became disinterested and stopped listening to us entirely.





I requested a return February 2nd and Jill agreed, but said she needed to get funds together and a space ready for the horse. On February 8th, Jill said she was coming to get the horse. The horse was loaded and funds were promised Tuesday of the following week. A month later (March 9th, 2020), no funds have been revived.

Offers of payments and trades have been made, but nothing has been received. Contract was for $2,600 buy back. When full payment was requested, Jill stated that she could only offer a horse trade or training or possibly $200 a month. My son not only has no horse to show for his money that he earned last summer, he also had been extremely disappointed in what he thought would be his forever horse.
