Complaint Review: JIM BASS LET-US-SELL-IT-4U/ALLIED VETERANS POST

this began with a ebay transaction that went very wrong .the person known as jim/james bass aka allstate agent /aka allied vetrans post florida/aka let-us-sell-it-4u. took vendictive measures way to far, in other words this guys like a 2.5 year old throwing a temper tantrum!! i sold a item to him on ebay and the bidding ended late, so the next time i could contact him was the next morning,keep in mind my wife is 8.5 months pregnant and due any day .

well the morning after the bidding ended she went into labor and i had to rush her to the hospital.the same morning i sent him a email saying that i might not be able to ship right away and this was beyond my control and i hoped hed understand .welll not only did he not under stand and just request his money back he went after my company in sandiego with slander remarks and threats . he made false acusations that we steal things and sent emails to all of the govenment agencys that govern our business .as well as other agencies that we are in competition with in the local areas.
the actions this buddy basss has been making are in our lawers words are actionable.

now keep in mind this person is a meber of ebay / the allied veterans post and also a allstate insurance agent .does anybody feel that a person with this much to loose should be making false acusations to another business all the way in sandiego ?when this all started with not being able to ship a item in time from a ebay auction ?not to mention he is screwing with a families way of making a living with no proof?all because i had to bring my new baby into the world .ohh buy the way we ended up spending 5 days in the hospital from problems in delivery and that was the whole reason i couldnt ship his new toy to him intime.dare i need to deliver a child and not ship a package .

this type of behavier is typical to children under 5 not a man that is suposed to be running a allstate agency or a respected buyer/seller on ebay .there is supposed to be measures to keep these kind of nutt cases of ebay but some how this one slipped through, just check out his feedback on ebay im not the only one thats had to deal with his temper tantrums see for yourself /buddy bass /let-us-sell-it-4u.oh yea watch out for his big ego he likes to write about himself alot on the allied vetrans post .

please be advised any one who has the privlage to be in contact with this guy will have the same fun filled experience !watch yourself out there the world is full of nutts.
