Jim Beam Did Not receive my Rebate Chicago, IL 60654 Nationwide

On October 1, 2016 I sent in a Jim Beam rebate for two 1.75 bottles of Jim Beam Bourbon. I filled out the small rebate form that was attached to the bottle and sent it in to the proper address with my original sales receipt.

I never received my $25.00 rebate even though I did everything correctly, nor did I ever receive any correspondence from the Jim Beam company.

This company needs to contact me or I will never again purchase a Inmar product.
