Complaint Review: Gridlock Productions

Jim DiNapoli, Gridlock Productions, Soap FantasyJim DiNapoli, Gridlock Productions, Soap Fantasy Unpaid Bill, Promised to Pay in Full Yonkers New York ..... I have provided many hours of design labor to Jim DiNapoli for his "Soap Fantasy" Flash-based website. They currently are no longer using my work. However, the Soap Fantasy website which I designed is still accessable on my own domain. I was promised to be paid in full. Total unpaid balance to date is $1,440.00. I have tried contacting Jim by certified mail, by email, and by phone. My certified mail was refused, my emails are ignored, and my attempts to reach him by phone are ducked with "wrong number" claims. I deserve to get paid for the design services I have provided to Jim DiNapoli in good faith and under tight deadlines. Website Designer Herndon, Virginia
