I was overcharged by over $300.00 for the replacement of the fuel pump on my GMC Yukon. Repeated calls to the service advisor and his manager have only resulted in multiple lies about how long the work took, and pathetic attempts at justifying their charges. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer but will never step foot on their property again and highly recommend that others avoid Jim Glover Chevrolet as they are scam artists with a passion.

Additionally, my wife's vehicle needed work and I was quoted $89 for cleaning the throttle body and $84 for replacing the fuel filter. I took the vehicle to another service center and had the work done for a total of $59.30 - A SAVINGS OF OVER $100!!!!

Jim Glover is just a complete service rip-off - Save your money and do not use them or purchase vehicles from them. They lie, cheat and steal.

It doesn't matter. Any dealer is going to "overcharge" you for just about anything they do to your car.

About the only thing I know that they don't is oil changes and that's not a sure bet. Most mech's use to use Chilton's guide for repairs. It doesn't matter if it takes 10 minutes to repair something, you still get charged for ONE hour at their shop rate. $65-$95 per hour depending on their posted shop rate. I've been going to Burt's for 15 years and he's 25 to 50% less expensive, AT LEAST. Find a good, independant mechanic. They're worth their weight in gold.
