We bought from this company website back in 2008 .Paid money by paypal right away ,but it took for them over 3 month to deliver website .I dealing with individual which goes by name Jim Mintz .He said pay money and you website will be up and running in matters of maximum couple weeks .Big time lie !!!

Website was ready 3 month later ,every time i speak to him ,he said tomorrow it will be ready .Then he told me i need to pay $120 for hosting ,and i did ,but hosting was very slow ,so we left to different hosting company .

Then year later ,we start having problem with website ,and website went down .He said he will fix it in matter of days for $215 dollars ,and week later website still down ,and he was just keep saying tomorrow it will be done .Big time BS ,he is not programmer ,and he has programmers overseas .

So none been done ,and when i start demanding our $215 and file dispute with paypal ,i did lost a claim .Stuped paypal don't even look into claim ,and just award him money .I just want to let you know people ,if you deal with this company www.oscsolutions.net Beaware ! Here is what really happened.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, May 03, 2009

This customer "Vadim Petrosov" that owns "www.zoomtek.com" had us build him a site last year, with no problems whatsoever except for the fact it took him 3 months to load his 70,000 plus products. He continually was breaking his site due to him not being careful of importing his product data correctly.

Once this person loaded his site with his products, the site was heavy and resource intensive, this was due to the fact of the amount of products and product images on his shared hosting account. This became a problem and we asked him to move to a dedicated server, he did not want to do the additional cost of moving from a shared hosting account to a dedicated server. We told him he had no choice, other then cutting his products down to a workable level or get different hosting.

This person got upset and moved his account to bluehost, they eventually suspended his account because of his shared hosting account abuse due to overuse of server resources, just like we explained to him that he would experience again, if he did setup his site correctly in a proper environment.

This person came back to us and asked us to move his site back to our hosting. We asked him if his site was working, he said no and we verified that bluehost suspended his account. We told him we could move his site to a shared account to see if he cut his products down to a workable level, he did not, we had to tell him again, that he needed a dedicated server. This person got upset again and filed a paypal dispute.

Paypal was told by "Vadim Petrosov" that he did not recieve a tangible product, he lied to them. We showed paypal that he lied and we showed paypal the documents supporting his $215 claim, they agreed with us and we won the dispute.

Vadim Petrosov has now moved his site back to bluehost and if you do a trace on his site, you will see he finally got a dedicated server for his site and it is now working just like e told him to do in the beginning. He simply does not listen.

This person will waste your time and will not listen to good advice or even tell the truth. We have all the documents to support our rebuttal.
