Hotel business, Business pracitices of Jim O'Bee at Glen's Motor Inn

Jim O'Bee, Jim Fraser, James Fraser of Vanderhoof BC, and Manitoba

There have been a few incidences at the Glen's Inn Hotel where the manager Jim O'Bee has exhibited extremely irratic behaviour in terms of vulgar verbal outbursts toward the custodial staff of the hotel rooms. Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down and in desparate need of renovations, however, that is not a customer's problem in terms of customer service expectations.

I have not been compensated my and my familiy's belongings including footwear and cloths that were ruined /damaged by flooding in our room.

It has been a horrific nightmare in having to communicate with the manager Jim O'Bee who upon acknowledging fault due to witnessing it with her own eyes as well as the photographs provided - refuses to pay for damages!
