James Patton Jr. is a longtime ring leader on The Erotic Review.  He is from the New York City area is an active staff member of TER who investigates, threatens, attacks, and ruins escorts in hateful and illegal manners. He was previously the TER Boston board moderator under the userid Smelly Smegma.  Jim Patton has well over 800 userids on TER to carry out his agenda of attacking and ruining escorts.  A few aliases he has used are Fully Phallus and Headcheese.

Jim Patton is a power hoarder who manipulates escort reviews on TER. If an escort rejects his criminal demands for free or unreasonable sex, he downgrades the escorts' rating, writes fraudulent lies, or removes her profile on TER. To further inflict pain, Jim Patton then verbally and physically harasses and attacks escorts who do not submit to his illegal demands.  His hatred for women is prevalent as he is well known on escort sites exposing bad and criminal male clients.

James Patton lives in Hewitt in northern New Jersey, about 45 miles northwest of New York City. He purchased his house in Hewitt, NJ on April 26, 2005 and lives with his wife, Maryann Hope (Patton). Maryann Hope is a registered nurse working in Paramus, NJ.

James Patton is a middle aged white male. He age in in the mid-50s, but he looks 5 to 10 years younger. He has dark brown hair, blue eyes, is about 6 feet tall, has a muscular build, and externally looks handsome, although his interior is the opposite.
