Hi. I am just reporting that this is a big rip off. I ordered Jim Rosen's Classified Information Kit, and never got what I ordered. I have tried several times to contact some one affiliated with his company and not once succeeded.

Some one needs to do something about this immediately. I chose not to pay for my my electric bill in order to pay for this. I have a 3 month old son that is dueing with out because he prays on the eager and needy people. I am hurt and frustrated because I do not know what to do. Thanks

Jim Rosen leads to Keys Fitness

I was curious as to whom Jim Rosen is Representing. answer: Keys Fitness, who manufactures CardioZone equiptment.

Jim Rosen sells you a kit so you can become a salesperson for Keys Fitness.

Then other Shell Companies, sell you Sales Tools ( Websites, Merchant accounts, Phone # etc,) So you can be a sucessful Sales rep for Keys Fitness.

Jim's Business plan is to make money selling you kits, info and tools so you can sell for Keys Fitness. If by chance product is actually sold, Jim gets his cut.( See how Amway worked )

Can you believe it, your paying money to sell for Keys Fitness.

I would go after them for the refunds... Give em Hell!!!!! forget Jim, Go after the Deep Pockets.

CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AFTER AGREEMENT TO CANCELL

WHEN CALLING THE 800 # TO ORDER, THE REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT FIRST OF ALL SPEAK ENGLISH. I ADVISED THE AGENT AHEAD OF TIME THAT I WOULD NOT LIKE ANYTHING MORE THAN THE PKG FOR 39.95 PLUS SHIPPING. THE AGENT FRUSTRATED ME AFTER GIVING HER MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER BY OFFERING ME OTHER PACKAGES WITH THE PROGRAM FOR ADDITIONAL MONIES.

THE FIRST AND SECOND TIME I POLITELY ASKED THE AGENT TO ONLY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE BASIC ADVERTISEMENT FOR 39.95 PLUS SHIPPING. I TOLD HER I AM VERY TIGHT ON MONEY AND IF I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE OTHER OFFERS FOR THIS TO WORK EFFECTIVELY THEN I WOULD LIKE TO CANCELL. THE AGENT DID NOT LISTEN AND IN TURN JUST KEPT REPEATING MY NAME WHILE I WAS TALKING. I DEMANDED AGAIN TO ONLY CHARGE MY CARD FOR THE PRODUCT AND SHIPPING ONLY.

THE AGENT CONTINUED TO OFFER MORE ADVERTISEMENTS TO PURCHASE AND I TOLD HER TO JUST CANCELL THE WHOLE ORDER. SHE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND I TOLD HER THAT'S OKAY IT'S NO BIG DEAL JUST CANCELL THE ORDER, SHE SAID OKAY AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY W/O GIVING ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER...WHAT A RIPP OFF...NOW I'M CALLING THE 818 PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED BY MY BANK AND IT TELLS ME TO HOLD AND I GET AN ANNOYING BUSY SIGNAL EVERYTIME I CALL. I AM VERY HEATED AND REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.

Dear Julie,

i am sorry for your experience. I faced the same situation, too. See http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff100022.htm for my ripoff report.

I actually called my credit card companies and asked them to solve this transaction. Please do not hesitate to contact your credit card company because it is never too late to do something about the whole situation. And, do not feel intimidated by other people because you were doing something you think would help you out and bring you a better life. Provide the credit card company with every supporting detail you can find and report them to the credit card company. Please go to http://www.bbb.org/ and check the report on Jim Rosens company. You will find that there are many complains towards that company. Just do it because if you do not do it now, they will cheat on other innocent people like us.

Unable to obtain a refund

I was at home having drinks with my husband one evening when I got a call from this company. I foolishly agreed to enroll in their mentoring program. I contacted them within less than 72 hours requesting a refund. They informed me they had a taped conversation of me agreeing to no refunds.

The State of Arizona has a law that states that anyone soliciting from you in your home must allow for a refund in 72 hours.

The credit card company will not help me and a lawyer informed me that it will cost more money to take this company to court than it would to just pay them.

The amount they charged me was $6485.00 Then they charged me on another occassion a monthly fee of over $44.00 for a web-site I do not have.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
