Jim Rosen Web Ad Systems Rip-off ripping off honest people for over $5000 USD MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina Internet
I, unfortunately, bit into the nasty, molding, greasy burger called Jim Rosen's Web Ad Systems. Like many people, I tried it for a year and made not a penny. Overall, my total cost is over $5000 USD. It was one of those "I'll try it once, and if it doesn't work out, well, never try it again" kinda curiosity things. Of course, now I can't get a hold of the salesman, or ANYONE connected with making my website work. The $750 I paid to start the "advertising process" has been wasted, but on the upside, I may have a way to get something back... I signed a contract that says I get 1000 GUARANTEED visitors to my website. So far, after 9 months, there have been ZERO. Sounds like a breach of contract to me, doesn't it?
On another matter, the merchant account that I am paying for monthly is not, in fact, illegal. As I found out, once the lease is up, I keep it for the rest of my life, which is a good thing if I ever want to go into business some other way. And from what I have seen, $3200 is cheap for a lifetime merchant account with an internet gateway. I just want my money back from Jim now. How can I rectify this situation?
