This a*hole of an employee demands that I either pay for the firearm in full or put a 20% deposit on the firearm after he ran a background check. Then I was asked to leave this POS establishment (gladly I might add). Everyone do yourself a favor and avoid this cesspool of inconsiderate and unprofessional bunch of tools that work here. Jim's Firearms is by far the WORST gun store I have ever been in. The customer service is pathetic at best, the employees lack basic people skills, and the manager does nothing to aide the customer while  the incompetent employees ignore the customers talking to one another. What a sh*hole. Well all I can say is nuff said F*K jims firearms.

I have purchase several firearms and other gear from Jim's and was always treated professionally.   I found the staff to be friendly and most helpful.
