Complaint Review: Jim Strickland Hardwood Flooring

 A very long time friend and business associate referred Jim Strickland Hardwood Floors to install hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms and fix an interior wood wall. The floors were installed and look great except the baseboard in one area was not reinstalled. Also, Jim removed a piece of wood from our wood wall to match it and we haven't seen or heard from him since. He left us with a hole in our wall. We called many times, emailed and told our referring business associate. He just won't respond- to anyone. I recommend you do not pay this company in full until you are completely satisfied. Jim Strickland created a trust between us and I let my guard down.
