Complaint Review: JIM WALTER HOMES - AKA MID STATE HOMES

My parents had a house built in 1996 by Jim Walter Holmes. What a nightmare.They said the house would be done in 3 months and it took 6 months.
It's been 7 years now and the wood is rotten and termites all throught the fram. The walls and floors are uneven and the electrical fixures weren't hook up properly. They had to replace all the plumbing under the sinks.
There were holes left in the walls unstead of replacing the drywall they patched the walls. I want even get started on Insurance and Forclosure threats.
My parents worked hard all there life and thought they were building there dream home and its become there worst nightmare.
I really hope Jim Walters and Associates can sleep peacefull at night.
