Jim Walter Homes poor craftmanship used material no responses total ripoff Tampa Florida
Roof needs to be replaced because of poor craftmanship. Siding needs to be replaced due to leakage. Boards on porch need to be replaced they were nailed wrong and my child as fallen down due to the lifting of the stairway boards. Sockets are not working properly. Front entrance and exit entrance doors are jamed and needed replacing.
Warp on the living room ceiling and master bedroom. Patches of paint that never got finsihed. Restroom had a major leakage and the wall had mold amd mildew. Kitchen sink had a leakage and the bottom was deteiroating.
The contractors were drinking on the job. There are just so many things wrong and I have them all written down detail by detail!
