I worked for Jim Walter Homes for at least (8) months and I was the go to guy to resolve problems. I went on vacation back in August to see my son before he went back to school. During my absence the Divisional Construction Manager Matt McGowan was supervising a new building process of engineered wall systems on two projects out of Ocala. Although he was on-site watching the errection of this wall system he did not stop the job even though there were supporting walls hanging at least 6" in mid air and not touching the slab.

I reported this to Steve Miller the Vp of Construction who indicated that Matt told them he left the site before they started to errect the walls, I just so happen to have (22) photos on my camera proving his lies. (they asked to borrow my camera before I went on vacation to take photos, they forgot to erase them before giving me my camera back)

Once I reported this lie to upper management I seen an increase in false allegations against me by Mr. McGowan. I decided to resign effective November 3, 2005 and challenge those lies in Federal court. The suit will be filed in Tampa before the end of the year. I have been doing intensive investigative research and reading of case law. I have ownership in a compliance enforcement company www.uspi.org and since I worked for Jim Walter Homes I knew what to look for. I cannot believe the SEC has not stop this company from selling their stock and in my opinion defrauding stockholders. The home building division is operating like it's a piggy bank with people like Matt getting big bucks to cost stockholders more money.

My suggestion to all who have problems with this company to contact your State Senator and the Federal government office of the Attorney General and report your complaint. Since Jim Walter homes operates on a interstate basis I believe the feds have jurisdiction under consumer protection laws.

I will be consistently pursuing all available remedies to stop this company. I cannot believe that the license holder for pulling permits has not left the company. I feel sorry for him since his efforts are frustraed as well. I understand he has been with Jim Walters for over 15 years and has a degree. Why would they not make him President of the homsbuilding group. Maybe it's because he knows what he is doing and can get this company back of track.

JWH LAWYER TACTICS

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sun, February 19, 2006

I was contacted by JWH via certified mail, their corporate counsel attempted to intimidate me by warning me not to contact JWH customers or employees. I informed JWH that customers were contacting me since no one would return their calls and I was the project manager for (3) branch offices.

I further informed JWH not to make false accusations they could not back up or I would sue them, for slander.

Further, if you check out the insider trading on this company you will see that the boys on top are taking MILLIONS out of the company by approving each other stock options.

Example, the current President of the homebuilding division Charles Cauthen makes a big fat paycheck and just last year alone took Two Million for his pocket by cashing in on stock options on top of his salary and GET THIS the division he runs has been running at a multi million dollar loss for the last two years.

Go to yahoo and typw in insider tarding and I am sure you will find the info on this insider trading. Sit down before you read the insider trading on Walter Industries (WLT) for the past two years.
