Jim Walters Home ripoff, cheaply constructed, uneven joist, unable to complete San Antonio Texas
JIM WALTERS HOMES IS A RIP OFF
My husband and I purchased a Jim Walter home in 97'. We are still unable to complete the shell home they constructed for us. The joist are so uneven you can't even lay a piece of dry wall across the ceiling and have it meet the joist. We had a construction supervisor visit our shell and admit to the wrong doing of Jim Walter's homes but a few weeks later he was fired. There has been at least 6 "Construction Supervisor" since we have built this house. We went through a million calls had several visits and nothing was ever done. Now the so called Warranty is expired and we are left paying a mortgage on something that isn't even live-able. I don't know what to do anymore. I just hope this prevents someone else from getting scammed into buying from Jim Walters Homes!

Please contact my Attorney or one of your own before it is too late these people are trying to close out and then our notes will be sold to the highest bidder i am sure and we will have no recourse of ever getting our problems taken care of
Please call Mr Hector Gonzalez in Alice texas he can help he has been going to court against Jw an Walter mortgage and he knows the ends and out of how they are doing us wrong
