I don't even HAVE a JWH BUT....
I am in the process of selling my home and found out that JWH's listed my land on the peoples 2 lots away contract!! Can they DO that, these people never owned my land. I have seen here where people have had their houses built in the wrong place but this time the house was built in the correct place BUT the land's legal description is of MINE not the real JWH buyers. Can anyone help? If anyone knows how to correct this please let me know.

If there is already a house on your land, it would be perversely funny if they tried to build another there

If you are correct, then these people are stupid. Maybe selling & getting away from them is a great idea.
You may simply need a lawyer..... or a friendly chat with JWH. Maybe you and your lawyer should have a friendly chat with JWH.
Ownership by adverse posession requires 'open & notorious' use of you land, i.e. in broad daylight, for a specified period like 5 years to 15 years depending on local law. If they build a house on your land, it might then become your house as liquidated damages.
