A group of Seniors went down to Wildwood in October and met with James Georginis. He then sent a contract and asked for deposit. After hurricane sandy he assured that all was fine with the house and it would be ready for prom. We started hearing that the house was uninhabitable and we called James and he said it is all fine, then I called the Mayors office and the Code Enforcement dept told me the house was shut down and ot even allowed to work on this house.

So we drove down and wsaw the hosue and it wreaked of mildew, it has a large red sticker that states no workers are allowed to work on the house. Whne we contacted James further he responded that he woudl work with us to give us our money back, we wrote an agreemetn and sent to James, he has yet to respond an dit has bveen several days. He has over 6,000.00 of Senior students money.
