Complaint Review: Jimmy The Air Guy

Jimmy the air guy is definitely a rip off. I hired Jimmy to install a completely new heating and central air conditioning unit. I paid him over 5 thousand dollars. The unit doesn't work. He used faulty materials and wired the unit backwards. I have made numerous calls yet he never answers. I have tried making contact via e-mail but still no response. He was also going to install custom windows and I paid another $2000.00 for those and he never returned with the windows. We are a young family with 3 very young children and no money and a job unfinished. I have reported him to the BBB, CSLB (he is using another persons license) and am in the process of taking him to small claims court. He is a true conartist.
