Complaint Review: jims service center

 Jim's service center is not the place to go. They rip off your insurance company's charging them extra and say more things are wrong with your vehicle than they actually are. They will tell you they are getting the best quality parts for outrageous prices when really they are terrible and not durable. The owner is abusive I have heard him scream and yell at customers and employees and using racial slang in a psychotic manor. He has reports of physically abusing his customers! When he is caught scamming he calls police and lies. They smoke marijuana and drink while they are performing work on your vehicle! You can smell it! I know people who have gone in there and have walked out because of the way the owner yells at his employees. scam artists and unprofessional.
