Jin-ja Rueben Canada Interprises They offered samples for the product(jinja) so I sent for the samples and was nothing on there about a trail mthly delivery after the samples or I wouldn't have ordered the samples I just wanted to try it..I received the samples then I look at my credit card and there was an unauthorized amount of $52. From jinja so I called and emailed to see why they took that amount out and never received a response, they give you the phone number and the email but never respond so I called on their answering machine and cancelled plus I emailed a cancellation and was still charged so I received a new credit card so they wouldn't be able to take out and I don't how they did it but they took $52 again out of my new card I don't even know how they got the numbers because I didn't authorize them to take it. This place is a ripoff and I want my refund back and for them to leave me alone I don't want the product!!! Please help me I don't believe it is legit!!! Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I ordered samples of this product(jinja) and it didn't say anywhere there was a mthly trail with ordering the sample.i received my samples then the next month there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card of $52. So I called texted and email these ppl to find out why I had been charge then I received more product so I called again and no one ever responded and that is not good business practice so I called once again this time to cancel because I didn't want anymore of the product..I thought I was cancelled but changed my credit card because something told me they were going to take more money out and I don't understand how they took it with my new card because again I didn't authorize that either..I think this place is illegitimate someone needs to really look into this..I just want to be refunde my money back and for them to leave me alone! They are crooks!

This customer upgraded her sample order to a clearly stated subscription and when she contacted us she was given a full refund and a copy of her consent to a monthly subscription plan.

We have over 400,000 customers satisfied customer who contact customer service when they need assistance with their subscriptions, orders or simply to leave feedback. Every customer is responded to within 24 hours. On occasion an email response will get filtered into their spam folder and when they contact us to follow up we make them aware that this may have happened and the issue is resolved.
For the customer in question when she selected to upgrade her samples it was clearly written that the upgrade was for a monthly subscription. When we were contacted she was given a response and a full refund. To show proof of this on a public site like ripoff report would require us to produce personal information for this customer which is against company policy.
