the first month so i put funds in my account to cover hosting for the

1) web-and-hosting.co.uk has never been hosted with jixhost and this reply from them is total slander and can not be backed up in any way in court, I can prove 100% that web-and-hosting.co.uk has never been hosted with them, I can also prove all paymets for the hosting I had were made and were also made 3 months in advance be warned people this jose from jixhost is a Scammer and a criminal he makes ilegal claims, slanders your company with out any evidance what so I ever and now he will face my legal department for this slander..

web-and-hosting.co.uk - (client) was terminated from our network for multiple occurrences in hosting content that's not allowed on our network including illegal phishing websites, also for paying with funds that were disputed on multiple occasions claiming that the account holder did not authorize payment (fraudulent).
Give those 2 issues were reoccurring and ongoing, we have made the decision to terminate this clients relationship with us. Despite his threats of bodily harm to us and posting negatively about us all over the net, we will not succumb to allowing him back as a client.
Three out of his 4 payments were fraudulent. We do not owe him any amount, contrary he owes us.
