This company prays on desperate families trying to remain in possession of their homes in default, foreclosure and bankruptcy. They PROMISE complete legal removal of all mortgage debt(s) of individuals properties with re-conveyance and replacement for, with a 90% of fair market value promissory note and regular monthly payments. The company states it will restore and or remove your specific mortgage credit history in the process due to or because of fraudulent bank actions. After retrieving service contract and monthly payments they are unable to verify confirm correspondence with the lien holders. After multiple requests for service of contract performance the principal states that's its a conflict of interest and their right to retain Trade Secrets for their phony fraudulent procedure, and to continue payments. My lien holder has acknowledged never receiving written , verbal or legal correspondence from any individual or affiliate from the" JJL Asset Protection and Managment LLC" company and have suggested immediate reporting to the appropriate local state and federal agencies.

Evidently there are many victims falling pray to this unscrupulous group that have lost their homes to foreclosure or destroyed their credit When/once request for refund requested, the principal James begins begging, pleading and offers to renegotiate services if even a partial payment were submitted, with offer to separate your file for. It sounded to good to be true from the beginning, but desperation and fear trigger my error in good judgment.
