JK Harris took my down payment and promised to help me with my taxes. Three weeks went by and no one contacted me. Afetr several attempts i finally got someone on the phone to tell me that i was not a tax client I was a finacila recovery client. I never signed up for financial recovery. I explained my situation to the gentleman on the phone and he explained that they do not help tax clients like my self. I did not owe enough money and there were no judgements against me.

The salesman knew this and signed me up for something I didn't want just to get my money in hopes that I would use this service knowing i couldn't get a refund.

I requested a full refund and was told that I could not get a refund even though they di nothing at all for me. I was told that my $195 was absorbed in the phone conversation I had with the gentleman who took my complaint.

I am a single mom with very little financial resources and this caused me hardship. They just took my money and did nothing. I wasn't even given a counselor, never receied a call from them, nothing. I only called to make a complaint and it cost me $195.

Class action suit is in order, please help. My blood pressure has been way above normal since I had the displeasure of dealing with the rude, cocky, lieing thieving bastards.

One voice is not enough - let's fight this giant together.

How to Recover Your Funds

File in small claims court to recover the amount JK Harris owes you. Name JK Harris as the defendant, and the sales person as the codefendant. they must appear to fight this. they will not make an appearance, and you will be awarded the full amount, plus cost and interest. They may file a motion do dismiss, but they must also appear in court to argue this. This works, I've done it, and recovered all monies owed. It is time consuming, for it depends on the court back log, but if you want to recover you funds this is the way to go.
