January 29, 2003, we visited JK Harris in Columbus, Ga.
WE had high hopes, as we were promised our IRS situation would be cleared, and without a doubt. We paid $3700 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Every office of compromise was rejected, the appeal was denied because of some idiotic part they left off the report. We have changed workers so many times, I cannot remember. They mislead us, would not answer the phone when we called most of the time.

Since that time, my husband's check was garnisheed, then he retired. My check is currently being levied each month, and I am retired. This is just a second job trying to make ends meet.

There is a levy on our property, and has been for years.
We cannot borrow any money to help pay the IRS BECAUSE OF THE LEVY. JK HARRIS PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF ALL OF THIS!

On April 21, 2007, we received notice from the IRS that they have levied everything that we own, our home, cars and bank accounts. They say they are going to sell everything we own, and we will have no income at all because they have levied our retirement plans. So, I guess we will be homeless and without any money for food, shelter or anything.

All of this is due to the promises made my JKHarris, and they have done none of the things that they promised.
This is a fraudulent, dishonest, false advertising company that needs to be stopped before the continue ruining people's lives. They will not give us our money back. I guess we will have to sue them.

I don't understand how they can get away with false advertising like that. They cannot help people with the IRS, so how can they keep advertising?
This is the most disheartening thing we have ever been through, and it has really put a strain on our marriage.

Hi Linda, Your story is the same as others, Your not alone. Call the IRS, and tell them that all the levies on your income has created a "Harship". Be sure to use exactly those words. I don't know if you can take them to small claims court, but you should be able to talk to an attorney for a free consultation about what yuor options are.

Good luck,
