Complaint Review: Jkharris

When we signed on with JK Harris in July 2000, Gene Lewis, a representative out of Knoxville, TN office, told us we would have our IRS issues solved within 12-18 months.

It is now May 2003, and after having paid over $5,000.00 to JKHarris, we are nowhere close to resolving our IRS issues.

We learned early on that after Lewis sold us on the company we were never to contact him again; he wouldn't even take a call from us to give us any direction or suggestions. We also quickly learned that the only way we would learn of any progress of our case was for us to call them; no customer service was provided at all.

Upon calling, we rarely got the same rep and therefore had to review our entire case/file each time we wanted an update on our progress. The reps were often rude and abrupt. Also, we mailed requested information they insisted they did not receive.

We want to know what our $5,000.00 paid for? Rude representatives, no follow up, no help, no results. We definitely feel we have been mislead, and victimized by a big con agency who takes advantage of people needing professional help. For those of you reading this, please do not fall into this trap.
