Like every other person who has filed a report here I went to JK Harris to help me with my tax problems. Initially I met with RYAN GOOLCHARAN at 1 Penn Plaza. He is a very well-rehearsed bullshit artist. In addition to him "suckering" me into a tax resolution via Offer in Compromise, he also "suckered" me into a credit resolution without telling me the specifics; MOREOVER he never even gave me the "required" information packet.
When I went to see Mr. Ryan Goolcharan at 1 PENN PLAZA my bank account had been levied, so in order to engage the services of JK Harris I had to mail him a money order in the amount of $800.00 so that they would be able to lift the levy on my bank account....of course in order to do so an information packet needed to be filled out. Guess what? ...HE NEVER GAVE ME THE INFORMATION PACKET!
And since I had no idea that one was required and he had taken down all of my information; bank account number from which the funds were to be withdrawn...etc. I didn't give it a second thought. I left his office feeling as if I had taken a step in the right direction.This occurred in October 2005 over Columbus Day Weekend. Several days later my bank account was completely drained....rent money, utilitiy money...ALL GONE!
Then I got my first letter from JK haris's corporate office. They stated in that letter that due to non-payment my account with them had been cancelled!!!!! Apparently MR. RYAN GOOLCHARAN, bullshit artist extraordinaire, had "conveniently" "NEGLECTED" to tell them that my bank account had been frozen and that payment was forthcoming via a money order. Look at me STILL being magnanimous and kind, 6 years later, to that LECHEROUS, EVIL, SELF-SERVING PIG!
Well...You can see where this is headed...
Ultimately, after paying JK Harris nearly $2600.00. may account was levied not once but THREE times. And after meeting with SEVERAL attorneys, with a desire to sue JK Harris, I paid my back taxes in full...with help from my family.
BEWARE ALL WHO THINK THAT JK HARRIS WILL HELP YOU!!!!!! THEY WON'T! THIS FIRM AND ALL WHO WORK THERE ARE BEREFT OF ANY CONNECTION WITH HUMANITY. MY ADVICE TO YOU IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM IS TO ESTABLISH A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT.
ALSO...YOU SHOULD HARRASS THEM REPEATEDLY VIA EMAIL, PHONE, ETC...
IT'S UP TO ALL OF US TO PUT THIS VILE COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS.
