I purchased a set of wheels and tires (19.5 Vision Heavy Hauler, 6 total for F359 Dually) mounted and supposedly balanced from this eBay/online seller.  Item was described as ready to bolt on and drive. Simply put item was not as described.  truck was badly out of balance shook I and vibrating after I installed them. I took to three tire shops to have them rebalanced and was told by all they could not due to the tires and wheels being out of round/defective.  This whole situation could have been averted if the seller would have balanced everything properly.

Two of the wheels were definitely bad which could have easily been seen with a "spin" test. He in fact admitted having problems with the wheels.   I Contacted seller, who initially seemed willing to work with me, but delay after delay ensued, with me finally returning everything with understanding I would get refund.  Seller then lets me know that all except one wheel was damaged, leading to more delays stating he'd filed claim with freight company.

He did finally refund back 1100.00 of original 2700.00 purchase,  But then told me it would be 3 more months to find out about claim. In all its now 5 months since purchase. He conveniently delayed shipping to close to 45 days from purchase, which has left me no recourse within ebays system. He did communicate thru the delays, initially and up to now during this process which lead me to believe everything thing was fine. This is a crafty fraudulent seller, and buyer beware. He goes under the eBay name of cinimus.

Im out close to 1600.00, he has the set of wheels and tires with no sign of any other refunds coming my way.  I

Yes Todd we could use weights and rotate tires around wheels as per Hunter I totally agree, I could also add weights and balance a brick and a*s tread wears weight changes so how often do you want to keep adding weight, I believe in the beads as do many thousands of truckers, here is a ling to magnum balancing compounds, and of course I dont want you to be out anything so again I can send back the damaged wheels and you can wait on Roadrunner, you know this is not a RIPOFF, just an unfortunate turn of events, I will keep you posted when I hear something on the claim, and if you want I have your wheels here so I dont want your money or the damaged wheels you sent back as they are yours.

Regarding Jon commenting that the wheels are too heavy to be balanced without using bead bags, that's simply another False Dishonest statement. If I were driving a 55k lb truck, defects might be hidden by the pure weight that's being put on the wheels and tires. If you own a big rig bead bags might be fine. Again you can balance "heavy"  wheels and you can spin the tire/wheel so if there are any out of round issues within a certain limit you can adjust how the tire is mounted to the wheel to limit any balance issues. You can also add weight. If anyone wants proof? Contact duallywheels4u.com and ask the owner how he balances. Or check out Force Match Balancing by "Hunter".

Don't believe this. but its not surprising.  He ripped me off, so "Shocker" he would fabricate fault to be on me. Here are the facts: I made this purchase way back in May. The wheels have never been Right. I paid out of pocket to have them rebalanced yet was told the wheels were defective and the three tire shops I took then too wouldn't do the job. Bushnell Tire is one, call them or contact me and I'll give the owners name and # to call and ask about me. I never wanted to return these. Even if this part went fine which it did not, I was still standing to lose money on freight plus.

Seller arranged shipping told me how to stack. And the freight company damaged. Of course he's going to throw the blame on me. but guess what, he's not out 1600. Plus he has the wheels that he has not refunded my money for. I would not be shocked if he resells them again. There's plenty of reputable dealers out there. I'd advise going to someone local. Or that actually uses a reputable balancing process. This ripoff seller just throws a bead bag in each tire and calls it a day. It's  pretty simple, believe me and save yourself months of frustration and save yourself from being Ripped off, or believe him and roll the dice.

Consumer neglect

Customer recieved all new vision wheels and tires 19.5 semi wheels for his light duty dually, 19.5 are vary heavy duty and do not run as smooth as what comes on duallys, they are intended for heavy load carrying capacity and they go on much heavier trucks(semis) but alot of people like them for the added weight carring factor and tire longevity. keep in mind the tires are like iron and do make these trucks ride real stiff. we use balancing bags to offset the weight differences in wheel and tire, 6.5oz of beads go into each one, same as the big rigs, we have done at least 300 duallys in about 4 years, these methods work but occasionally like maybe 3 times out of 300 customer is not prepared for the ride and are not happy with the way there truck rides,

these wheels and tires are too heavy to put on a balancer and start adding lead weights, thus the bags work better as they are a continuous balance and after 300 or so duallys we do not test wheels for roundness as the percentage is against a faulty product. any inperfection in  tire or wheels is greatly enhanced on a small dually  as these are intended for buses and large trucks. so I send all new wheels and tires to Todd Wells in good faith, he did not like the ride and claimed that the rear inners were shaking his truck, i offered to replace them and he declined he wanted to send everthing back for a refund

which normally we send new products and cannot take back used product only replace any defective product but being customer oriented that I am I offered to take them back as they only had 300 miles on them and I would be able to offer them slightly used to another customer at a discount. we recived them back and the wheels were destroyed, whomever put them on the pallet did not take any care as they were dirty and muddy scratched, dented and one tire so vilently damaged the tire was deflated, total neglect, now it seems that some may have happened during transit, I notified todd of this and refunded the tire portion, showed him the pictures, I could have just refused them and let him deal with it on his own and file his own claim with carrier but i filed a claim,

i also sold the 2 steel inners he claimed were defective and customer has no issues and I gave him what i sold them for, i do not know where the fruad he is claiming comes from, he got all new products and wants a full refund for damaged and neglected products he returned. i do not own the transporation company if it was even there fault, I do not understand how any consumer can just trash a return and expect full refund, a little care goes along way, I wouldnt do this to amazon bestbuy etc.. because i would care what they thought. and if i was trying to rip him off why would i refund anything, i can show pictures of the ruined wheels he wants credit on, any one may email me at jkmotorsports02@msn.com for more info
