Investigative Report:
Rip-off Report was contacted by JL Kirk; we investigated this company recently and discovered the following:

Five reports were listed on Rip-off Report. It is our opinion the five reports filed are bogus and untrue. Evidence clearly shows Rip-off Report, three of the five postings were by the same person, an ex-employee who only worked there for three days, using the same computer, whose sole intent was to hurt the company. The two remaining report authors were never clients

Over the last 7 years, Rip-off Report has talked with many others in similar types of business as Kirk's and found speaking with Kirk one of the best learning experiences to say the least Kirk has been in the Career Management business for over 10 years and as part of that long time experience he has worked with the best and the worst in the industry. That being said, Kirk certainly knows what NOT to do and how to assist those successfully, properly guiding them to advance to their next career position. Kirk could have changed their name due to these reports, but did not. I must emphasize that after interviewing Kirk numerous times, Rip-off Report believes that if this company meant to rip-off the consumer, he would have never used his own name and could have changed the name of the business, like so many other companies do that are listed all over Rip-off Reprot...

Another way we judge how good a business is, by their employees and how long they have been with them, JL Kirk's employees have been with him since he started his business over 7 years ago, and the only ones that left were short lived because they were unable to meet or exceed the Company's high level of standards. Kirk is a family man and is very concerned with his client's needs and career success.

Rip-off Report asked several a third parties to review the company's business model, policies and procedures, customer satisfaction record, and success record. Preliminary investigation shows they have found them to be outstanding, cutting edge, and leaders in the career search industry. Look for an update to this one paragraph in the near future

JL Kirk stated, he knows, as a consumer himself that it is imposable to satisfy all the people all the time, and sometimes you need to make concessions and exceptions for your clients, a policy inline with Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Program. Kirk also stated, the key to the success in this business is to not get too big. Quality service and success for their customer is number one priority.. Rip-off Report knows this frist hand, from others in the business that were honest hard working people, but lost control because they got too big

Kirk shared with us that his commitment to his clients is that they will help them achieve the career position of their choice. They will not push them into a job, but will merely help them through their networks, database, former client's and all other contacts, to get them interviewing with the proper people to achieve a new career position. If a client becomes frustrated due to being unemployed too long, not enough interviews, or whatever the situation may be, they will put them on a critical care list and devote all staff and resources to push them forward quickly.

Companies like JL Kirk cannot go on the interview for you, they cannot dress you, or speak for you you need to take their guidance and years of knowledge and put your best efforts to use that information and guidance to further your career.

Kirk even stated that he loves the Rip-off Report and uses it to monitor different companies until one day he found himself on the Rip-off Report. Kirk felt trapped and frustrated by the internet world, that anyone can say anything, whether true or not, and get away it. That is why he contacted the Rip-off Report to discuss doing an investigation on these five reports. Kirk knew, there was no guarantee as to the exact outcome.

Rip-off Report.com not only champions consumer's rights, but also through our Corporate Advocacy Program, protects companies from malicious and untrue statements posted on the Rip-Off Report. Kirk asked that we put in our Report, that he sincerely thanks the founder, that's me, Ed Magedson, for doing a thorough investigation and setting the Record Straight and for the valuable service we provide. Kirk feels, unlike the BBB, Rip-off Report really gives consumes the tools to know about a business and it's true history, and will show how a business takes care of business and those complaints from the past.. And, Rip-off Report can even show why a business is not guilty, unlike any other forum. Unfortunately for JL Kirk Associates, someone took advantage. Kirk realizes, as I do, as EDitor of Rip-off Report, that businesses do get sued every day by individuals filing frivolous and baseless lawsuits, making false claims, when there was no wrong doing, in an effort to just cost them money.

This program is called Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy, Customer Satisfaction & Remediation Program. A long name for a program that does a lot for both the consumer and the Reported business alike. This program requires the Member business to agree to satisfy all complaints past, present and in the future when applicable , even those complaints that come to us by e-mail.

The member business must also state improvements to their business that benefit the customer to avoid the reported problems in the future as many other business have accomplished with our Corporate Advocacy business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program..

Rip-off Report has, and always will be, working harder for you, the consumer, so you can feel confident about what to look for when dealing with a business. Remember, just because a company is reported on Rip-off Report does not mean you should not do business with them. Use Rip-off Report information as a tool to your advantage, so you know what to look out for when dealing with that company. No company is perfect, that is why political activists, and consumer advocacy groups like Rip-off Report are needed to instigate public action for the betterment of our society.

ONCE A RIP-OFF REPORT IS FILED, IT WILL NEVER EVER DISAPPEAR...
Unlike other consumer agencies, once a Rip-off Report is filed, it will never EVER disappear. Why? Our theory is, it is better to see how a company or individual rectified complaints in the past, right? So, in the future, if you see no new complaints about a company, and you can see how they took care of those complaints, wouldn't you feel more comfortable dealing with that company or individual? After all, all businesses will get complaints.
