JLC Builders, aka Tom Kayden is nothing but a ripoff artist. He puts on a beautiful show for you to sign up with him, but he does not do quality work. He lies to the customer, he uses shabby material, does the job half fast. He claims he has pictures of all his work, but if you notice every picture is from a distance. How come on his web site he does not show you any pictures up close? All of his work is horrible. If you use him, you will end up having another contracter come in a fix the job afterwards. DONT USE JLC BUILDERS, AKA TOM KAYDEN if you check the better business bureau, you will see he has complaints filed against him

By the way, if you want to persue legal six months later, go for it. In fact, please do. Just file the papers. My attorney is just waiting for everything. We have enough receipts and pictures that you are going to end up owing me money. It is bad enough you are using false pictures on your web site, bad enough you are a convicted criminal, bad enough that you are not insured, bad enough you do have complaints with the Better Business Bureau, bad enough you get on the web and lie. So Tom go for it. My attorney, the IRS, the State of Pennsylvania are waiting for you. I will have your business records subpoenaed, along with your Bank Account records for the IRS. Tom I told you from the beginning you rip me off and I will get mad and even.

I dont know who the hell kayden thinks he is but if he is going after me legally, go for it. The IRS is waiting considering he was paid in cash and according to them NEVER declared the money. I also have new pictures of the entire basement having to be redone. Go for it Tom. You are the worst contractor I have ever used. You are the psycho pal.
You are absolutely lying about the other contractors. You should have been half that good.
If you continue to threaten me with legal action, I will have your licence suspended in this county. Not only that, I will go after you. My attorney is just waiting. They are waiting for you to do something.
I have proof of all payments to you and the IRS is waiting for me to just file a complaint. They are willing to audit your business for the last three years. So, go for it tough guy

All of the complaints were written by the same person, Stuart Miller. He lives at 2962 Columbia Dr. Bensalem, PA. 19020. He hired me to finish his basement then he never paid me when I finished.I have recently discovered that he never pays anyone who works at his home. The people who installed his pool, fence, and retractable awning never received full payment for the work they performed. I have been in business since 1982 and I provide everyone with plenty of references. I am licensed, insured, and guarantee all my work. I am in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
It is unfortunate that your website provides a platform for psycho's like Stuart Miller. It should be against the law for you to post the rantings of this madman without first checking the validity of his accusations.
I will be sure to inform you of the results of the litigation I am pursuing against Stuart Miller.
