JM Bullion BAIT AND SWITCH Nationwide
Purchased a graded MS63 St Gaudens Gold coin pictured clearly as graded by PCGS. When received it was graded by the NGC service. When calling them, the customer service person found it amusing that I was unhappy. We have a 'disclaimer' stating it could be either grading service. She did say that she saw why I believed it would be the PCGS but they were legal because of the fine print.
Please post your report and let them know the bait and switch tactic is unethical!!!
