Last month I went to ourchase a brand new Lexus for my wife, we have bought 5 other cars over the two years, salesperson we used in the past asked to come in as there is great deals, we went a bought one for her,, he asked for me to trade in my 2019 Lexus as well, I asked for numbers which he provided and had approval, I told him, I decided not to since, i drive a work truck daily and don't need a new Lexus, a week later, I went to make payment arrangments on the other Lexus, and noticed a 3rd one on my account, I was confused, come to find out, the sales person Ryan Allison, signed all Doc U Sign paperwork when I was out of town with NO internet service at all, I called asn asked why, he stated he will reverse the sale and he wanted to get a big bonus, i file a ploice report,, it took Lexus 2 weeks to remove this car from my account, but its still on my credit report, JM Lexus attorney admitted today on phone converstaion that indeed their sales person signed my name and committed frraud, and they have terminated him..  I have all paperwork, texts and call log on what transpired .

FRAUD WAS COMMITTED BY A LEXUS DEALERSHIP THAT DOES NOT WANT TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE TROUBLES I WENT THRU, THE STRESS AND FIGHST IT HAS CAUSED..

On 12-12-2004, a twelve page hand-written letter was mailed to Toyota’s corporate headquarters in Torrance, California. It was put to the attention of their CEO, Mr. Funo. The letter detailed fraud and corruption that was taking place inside of one of their dealerships in Denver, Colorado.

Toyota neglected to respond or do anything about it. That twelve page letter was later subpoenaed and used as evidence in September of 2006. Since I authored the letter, I can do whatever I want with it. Soon it will be exposed at this site to prove that Toyota Corporation and it’s dealer network target innocent and unsuspecting consumers, especially Latinos.

Fraud, corruption, deception, manipulation, and forgery is a common practice at many Toyota dealerships. (Most likely Lexus too.) Toyota Corporation has known about it for over 17 years. I can prove it. I suggest that you consult an attorney ASAP. Don’t trust the dealership. I also suggest that you contact all of your Local TV Stations immediately and send a letter to the attention of: Invesigative Reporter

Most car dealerships in America utilize fraudulent and deceptive sales tactics in order to financially injure customers so that they can maximize profits. It’s been like this for decades. Most salespeople are good, hard working employees. The root of the problems lies at the upper management level and ownership level. Most General Managers, General Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Finance Managers are corrupt. Sad, but true.

Keep coming to this site every day. That twelve page letter mailed to Toyota’s corporate headquarters in Torrance, California, will someday be uploaded for the entire world to read.

WELCOME TO TOYOTA & LEXUS- HOW CAN WE FINANCIALLY INJURE YOU TODAY IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE OUR PROFITS?

I went to make payment on the new Lexus we purchased, you need to update montly payments to come out of your account, that is when we noticed a 3rd Lexus was on our account, yes the dealership is aware and acknowledged that thhwir employee did this. Compensation for the stressed it caused us, the aggravation we went thru to remove a $50k car from our credit, the Panic attacks knowing our identity was stolen.

exposing your Ripoff Report on the worldwide web was a very good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation’s worst fear.

Anyone can type in 269041 at this site and scroll down to the comment entitled “Blame it on a Lawyer” at Ripoff Report #269041 and read more of what the good Professor said to his class of executives in late 2004.

Keep moving forward, and hopefully you’ll get justice soon. Don’t let the dealership off the hook.

Fraud?

Was fraud committed...if everything you say is correct, then YES. While this sucks and you have had to deal with trying to get it cleaned up nothing you posted showed that the dealership knew about it or approved it. They have also terminated the employee, and that employee will likely end up in prison for a bit of time.

However, there is one interesting statement you made. You went back to the dealer to make "payment arrangements" on the other Lexus. First of all the dealer has nothing to do with your financing so why would you need to go to the dealer? Then why just a few days after you went to buy a new Lexus did you now need to make arrangements? People don't go from looking for a new car to just days later trying to make payment arrangements unless they are leaving some very critical pieces of information out.

With the information from Lexus getting it off your credit should be fairly simple, but may take time.

By the way exactly what sort of "compensation" do you want?
