I went to the dealership on the evening of Auguest 13th 2016, I received teh worse experience that you can ver recieve as a retail buyer, they switched numbers around, told oyu they would put you in one car then that car has been sold, then agreed on a vechicle, I provided insurance from a A++ rating company, it had car and driver listed on policy, they asked me to provide somthing else that was not The State of Florida requirments.. They kept me there for 3 hours with two young children, what would of been a great experience, turned out to be a nightmare... I have filed a complaint to the state as well, and consumer affairs.
