Jma Pump Warehouse substituted poor/wrong pump w/o contacting me said they would send call tag four times and didnt Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
Purchased new pump for my class act spa (magnatec 3.65 hp) as this is in a spa pack it needed to be the exact replacement but pump warehouse made a substitution that wont fit. contacted them 5 times . Five times they said they would send a call tag and havnt yet (2 months ago) contacted my credit card co. to reverce charges .I was never contacted about substition or un availabilty of magnatec pump.Ended up purchaseing unit from class act THEY ARE A RIP OFF
