Complaint Review: JMW FINANCIAL

I also saw the add in our local paper, and I called and gave them the same info. everybody else did. I did receive the software, had a problem with it at first but figured it out. I sent out 200 refund notices between 11-3-04 and 11-22-04. I went for it hard and heavy. I have spent over $200.00 on stamps, paper, envelopes and the $98.00 for the software. As close as I can figure, if the people on the other end receive the notice of a refund, and do what they have to do, then send it back and the process starts over again, all in all its going to take a minimum of 16 weeks for any money to come through. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING BACK FROM ANY BODY, NOR ANY THING ON MY EMAIL.

What I don't like is when ever I have called with a question for the JMW trainer they always seems pissed off about something. They are no help at all. Something better happen soon or I'm going to Mesa AZ. PERSONALLY AND BEAT THE DOOR DOWN. ALSO WHEN I SEND A EMAIL TO THEM WITH QUESTIONS, THEY NEVER EMAIL BACK.
