Complaint Review: JMW Financial Services

4/29/04; same as the others, stupid of me giving my bank account to pay the suppose to be refundable $98 after 90 days and returning the training materials provided I can prove that I've sent at least 30 attempts of mails. This is what Dominic (male rep)told me during my inquiry for the main ads from The Trend newspaper of Burlington, NJ.

Dominic said that it's having my own business that is tax deductable at the end of the year and save all my receipts. I asked him if it's legit and he said of course and gave me the Business License#52558631-0151-UT and Federal ID#02-0672662.

About a week later i received the package and the floppy disk was in bad shape. I called again the main number from the ad (866-537-2907) and requested for a replacement. I was told to call their corporate office at 480-777-7696 (M-F 9-4);(Training Tel# from the book 877-616-8649.

I'm a single mom, working F/T, schooling P/T, with a nerve racking house that needs major renovation that's burying me in debt. I'm just hoping to make some extra cash to help me out since I can't physically get a second job with all my demanding responsibilities. Now this happens to me. Very disappointing.

There should be a law to sue newspapers who have been told and reported to the proper authorities that they are servicing advertisers that have been reported fraud and scamming the people. Technically the classified ads are also knowingly scamming us! The Government should take this very seriously and take action to stop these bloodsucking animals. If the government wants to do something about this, they can easily trace them.
