My story is the same as everyone else's: saw the ad, sounded good and ordered, next day saw all the complaints on this website and called to cancel, stopped payment and they still tried to process my electronic check. Now they say they will send me to collections. But, as Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story...

I sent an e-mail to the BBB of Phoenix, the branch that has jurisdiction over Mesa, Arizona. They sent a letter to JMW and JMW replied saying that I never called to cancel (lie) and that they sent the package to me (I never received it). So here's what I did next AND I THINK MAYBE IT WILL HELP SHUT THIS SLEAZY COMPANY DOWN once and for all.

I sent an e-mail to HUD (Housing and Urban Development) and let them know that JMW is purporting to be affiliated with them. I don't think HUD will like being associated with a sleazeball company like JMW. And if HUD gets enough complaints, they will contact JMW. It's worth a try! HUD's website is www.hud.gov. Then go to the left side of the page and click on "Complaints". Then click on "Fraud, Waste and Abuse". Then click "Online" and send them your complaint on JMW Financial Services. In the meantime, hang in there! Strength in numbers!

This is the last time I will waste time on JMW, but I felt I had to respond to their claims of persecution. It's amazing that there are so many complaints against them, yet they say they are the ones who are making "every effort to rectify this situation" and we, the ones who sent our hard-earned money, are the ones who are totally in the wrong. Common sense tells you something stinks.

They are right about one thing, though. They could never be members of the BBB because they are so dishonest, have so many dissatisfied clients and don't rectify the situation, the BBB would never allow them to be a member.

Perfect example

This is a perfect example of how non-communication causes undue accusations. Clearly, JMW does not look forward to having to deal with disputes with the BBB (which we do by Choice, as we are not members). Therefore we make every effort possible to work with each unsatisfied client on an individual basis.

To date...we do not have record of a single call from this client to cancel or state that she stopped pay on her check. In good faith we mailed the materials she asked for, to the address she gave us when she agreed to purchase the refundable materials. We did this before knowing anything of a stop pay or a cancel. We also have no way of knowing she did not receive the materials because she did not call to communicate this to us.

Again and for the record, we do not say we are affiliated with HUD. There are 10s of thousands of people who have yet to receive a refund from HUD or the comany that they hired. We only state we are helping to recover monies owed.

We are making every effort to rectify this situaton. It is only through this unjustified "customer complaint" we have been made aware she did not receive her training materials. If this client would like to call, we would be more than willing to resolve this matter. The client is failing to communticate with us. However, we are still trying.
